It is often a number of times when you come across unwanted application installation requests and other such unwanted material that end up in our smartphones. If you are always on social media and the internet and you will find useless applications that are distracting, and they will get you off your focus. It does not matter whether you are on Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, or Twitter, it will have you distracted by a constant flow of these unwanted materials. Most of us will find it extremely difficult while being on an assignment or project work when these apps will give notifications to distract and irritate you but there is no need to worry when you have these Facebook blocker apps.
I have an interesting scenario which I cant seem to find a solution to. I am hoping the community will be able to point me in the right direction. I need to block facebook messenger on a wifi network. To be more specific I need to block the facebook messenger (android & apple) application while mobile devices are on our wireless network. I have successfully blocked facebook web chat in the browser, but mobile devices on our wifi are still able access messenger. I dont want to block HTTPS completely, as many services utilize HTTPS. I dont want to block the entire facebook.com either since there is a need to use facebook.
Facebook .. (Facebook Application Blocker)
An important thing to keep in mind when testing this is that some application have their own DNS cache. For example the Chrome browser: it doesn't make sense to lookup IP addresses on every page reload, if the IP of facebook.com was 173.252.110.27 a minute ago it should still be the same now, right? This makes it hard to test things, because it takes a couple of minutes for Chrome to expire its cache. Unless you know a method to expunge it. 2ff7e9595c
